Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2020, which is conducted by the University of Mysore to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in state universities across Karnataka. The official notification for Karanataka SET 2020 has been released officially by the University of Mysore. KSET 2020 will be conducted in 39 subjects in 11 nodal centres across the state.

Karnataka SET 2020 Eligibility Criteria :

 ◾There is no upper limit for age criteria to apply for KSET 2020.
◾Candidates must have a Master’s Degree OR equivalent degree in the subjects opted for KSET from universities/institutions recognized by UGC New Delhi.
◾Also, he/she should have secured a minimum of 55% marks for General Category and 50% for the Reserved Category. (Reserved Category- SC, ST, Persons with Disability (PWD), OBCs [Cat-I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, and IIIB])
◾If you hold a Ph. D. degree holders and Master’s level examination had been completed by 19th September 1991 (irrespective of the date of declaration of result), you shall be eligible for a 5% relaxation in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%).
